1. What is Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations?
Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations is the official travel company for Universal Orlando.
2. How do I book with Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations?
Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations can be booked via Vax Vacation Access. A vacation can also be booked through three major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) under code UNI. You can find downloadable GDS handbooks under GDS Information. To book your vacation by phone you can call the Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations call center at 1-800-331-3134.
3. How do I order Universal collateral?
All collateral can be ordered online through our Collateral Request Form Also, for your convenience, you can view the online brochures by visiting Universal Orlando Online Brochures

4. How do I become a Universal Specialist?
To become a Universal Specialist please complete the following steps:

  • Study the Universal Travel Agent website filled with exciting information about Universal Orlando.
  • Complete the specialist exam and pass with a score of 30 out of 50 multiple choice questions answered correctly.
  • Experience the destination and fax a copy of a receipt from a Universal Orlando Resort restaurant, gift shop, or parking stub showing your travel to Universal.*

*Receipts are used as proof of visitation and agents will not be reimbursed for the charge on the receipt.

5. How long does it take to receive my Specialist Certificate?
Upon completing the first 3 steps of the Specialist Program, you must fax your receipts to
(407) 224-3714. Specialist Certificates will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after a Universal Representative has received the fax.
6. Do I receive complimentary/discounted admission to Universal theme parks?
Travel agents enjoy one complimentary 1 day/2 Park ticket. Travel agents also receive up to a 10% discount on select tickets for up to six family and friends. Please visit Travel Agent Tickets web page for more details.
7. How many days in advance must I request my complimentary/discounted agent tickets?
All travel agent complimentary/discounted tickets must be requested at least 21 days in advance.

8. How do I contact a Regional Sales Manager?
Universal Orlando® Resort continues to grow its travel industry sales team, an initiative that was implemented summer 2006. The new sales managers will focus their efforts on the travel industry and call on travel agents within their respective markets, including
