FAQ:

1. Do I receive commission on air-inclusive vacations?
   Yes, you receive 5% commission on the air portion of a vacation package through VaxVacationAccess.com bookings. Air-inclusive vacations booked through our call centers will NOT receive commission on the air portion of a reservation.
   
   
2. Can I select specific seats for my flights?
   Through VaxVacationAccess.com you can request aisle/window, front/back and left/right. If you require more specific seating arrangements, please contact the airline directly.
   
   
3. When is payment due on an air-inclusive vacation?
   Full payment for the air portion is due at the time of initial reservation plus the standard $50 per person deposit.
