Beth has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. She worked as a Destination Representative in Puerto Plata, Domincan Republic and Cancun, Mexico for 6 years for Sunquest Vacations. Beth was then promoted to an outside Business Development Manager, representing Sunquest and the Holiday House product line-up for 10 years in Ontario and Western NY.

Cynthia Holmes
Regional Sales Manager, Massachusetts & Rhode Island

Cynthia brings twenty five years of travel and tourism experience to the position. Her industry background includes Regional Sales Management for Sheraton properties throughout New England and Alamo Rent A Car. Cynthia has a wealth of knowledge on the wholesale sector from her Regional Sales experience with Certified Vacations and Pleasant Holidays.

Al Johnston
Regional Sales Manager, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Central and South New Jersey, Delaware & District of Columbia

Al has been in the travel industry for 22 years. He has extensive knowledge of the airline industry from his experience as Corporate Sales Manager with Continental Airlines and Spirit Airlines. Al received the coveted "Fly to Win" Award at Continental Airlines for his achievement in customer service and overall contribution to the airline. Al joins Universal from Certified Vacations where he served as District Sales Manager, Northeast US.

Barry Johnston
Regional Sales Manager, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee & Alabama

Barry began his career in the theme park industry in 1984 as a seasonal employee of Six Flags Over Georgia while in high school. After college and service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Barry returned to Six Flags Theme parks full time in 1992 working in Sales and Marketing until 2003. In February 2003, he joined Universal Orlando working on both Corporate and Universal Vacations sales efforts.

Lou Macaluso
Regional Sales Manager, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Northern Indiana

Lou brings twenty five years of travel and tourism experience to the position. His industry background includes marketing and sales positions with a Bermuda/Caribbean tour operator, the Hong Kong Tourist Association and most recently with the Canadian Tourism Commission.

Lidia Markser
Sales Representative, Canada

Lidia has been in the travel industry for over 11 years. She began her career as a travel consultant in 1997 with Carlson Wagonlit Travel. She moved into a travel agency sales role with Americanada as an outside Sales Representative. She worked for Alio for over 7 years as Sales Manager where she worked with national and key accounts.

Gail McGrath
Regional Sales Manager, Michigan & Ohio

Gail is a travel industry veteran since 1987. She started her career with the Government of Puerto Rico Tourism Company working with various resorts in the destination. She joined Universal Orlando in 1997 with the Travel Industry Sales team and then was transitioned to the AAA sales team focusing on national accounts. Currently, Gail is working with travel industry accounts in the states of Michigan and Ohio.

John Presutti
Regional Sales Manager, Greater New York, Connecticut & Northern New Jersey

John is a 12-year industry veteran with an extensive history in car rental, hotel, and online distribution. John joins Universal from Orbitz, where his greatest achievement was being a pioneer and innovator for Resort Week distribution. John served for seven years as a National Accounts Manager for ANC Rental Corporation where he was awarded their “Sales Superstar” in 2002.

Amy Tine
Regional Sales Manager, West Coast, Texas, Home Based Market, and all other states not listed above.

Amy brings over 13 years in the business being based in the Orlando headquarters office for Universal Orlando and was instrumental in the implementation of the Universal Partner Hotel program.

Her current role includes servicing the home-based travel agency market and territories not currently represented by the above Regional Managers, including upstate New York, Texas and the West Coast.
